Backup and recovery for mid-sized companies.

We back up servers, endpoints and Microsoft 365 with the 3-2-1 principle. Jobs are monitored, and recovery is tested regularly.

Why it matters

Backup as an ongoing service

Ransomware, an accidentally deleted folder, a failed NAS or an emptied mailbox: data loss hits fulfililment, accounting and customer data. For mid-sized companies this belongs with leadership, not as an abstract IT risk.

We set up backup and keep it running: a strategy aligned with your processes (What is the maximum you can afford to lose? How quickly must you be back?), monitoring and alerts before a gap appears. That includes Microsoft 365 backup for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

Services

What we protect.

Servers & virtual machines

System backups with versioning: from file servers to line-of-business apps, restorable as a file or a full system.

Microsoft 365

Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, OneDrive and Teams — independent of Microsoft retention windows.

Workstations & notebooks

Backup for data that still lives locally. Jobs run automatically in the background.

NAS & file shares

Integrate existing NAS systems, replicate them and add an external copy.

Ransomware protection

Immutable backups and separated credentials so copies stay apart from the production network.

Restore tests

Regular restore drills with a protocol — so you know what works in a real incident.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions about backup & data security

No. Microsoft protects the platform, not automatically your content (shared responsibility). Recycle bins and retention windows only help for a short time and not against deliberate deletion or encryption. A dedicated Microsoft 365 backup protects mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams independently — with retention on your rules.

Many encrypting trojans look for backups first. That is why we separate backup systems from the production network: own credentials, immutable targets and an offsite copy that a compromised system should not reach.

Yes. Jobs are monitored. If a job fails, we act before it becomes a gap. On request you receive regular reports.

Yes. We restore — from a single mail to a full server — and guide you through the incident. Scope and speed follow the agreed RTO/RPO values.
