Why a modern homepage matters

Information at a glance for the customer

Customers usually come to a website to find information about the company. They should not have to search for long to find details such as contact data, product details or services. That is why information about the company needs to be easy to find.

Building trust with the customer

A homepage with current blog posts, information and certificates is much more appealing than pages that clearly have not changed in years. Websites that are not maintained, or that still show expired offers or services, feel annoying to the customer. When the content is current, the visitor sees that the company is active and presents itself in a contemporary way, which in turn builds trust.

An appealing design keeps the customer

Websites with plenty of images and as little long text as possible make it easier for the customer to take in the content. If the customer lands on a website that is confusing or made up only of text, they lose interest and leave. A deliberately chosen layout that is good to look at helps prevent that.

Keeping images and content up to date

Not every company has a website that is kept up to date with current information and offers. To hold your place in the market, you need to stand out from the competition and keep up with the times.
